do I need to watch video on the Web?
We stream all of our video files with RealVideo. It is
a popular and standard file format and the RealPlayer
software is available at no cost to you. It may even be
on your computer already.
To obtain the latest version of the RealPlayer software
and plug-in for your Web browser, visit http://www.real.com.
It is NOT necessary to purchase their "Pro"
product. To find the free version, look in the upper right hand corner
of their homepage, and click on "Free RealOne Player." On the next
page, look for the link that reads "Download the Free RealOne Player Only." You will find this mid-way down the page,
on the right.

help as many people as we can, but you will sometimes
get a busy signal, please keep trying as we are on the

Thursday, we staff the hotline with lawyers who will answer
your legal questions for free.
