Tornadoes Move Through Metro Area

A
tornado touched down in Hartland Monday afternoon damaging
several houses and a golf course.
The
tornado touched down north of Hartland at Majestic Golf Course
where a tournament was taking place.
Dan
Saigh was at the tournament with a friend. He and other golfers
were hiding in basement of the club house. He
said he took cover, but others were on the golf course.
No
serious injuries have been reported.
Oakland County
Another
tornado touched down about two miles
north of Kensington Park in Oakland County Monday afternoon.
It then touched down south of I-696 damaging trees, houses
and a barn. No
serious injuries were reported.
